Default Looking for futon frame

Woohoo! The kid actually likes her random roommate. I was a bit concerned as her roommate looks and is a punk rocker type. Total opposites. Anyway, her roommate has the fridge and the microwave, and they want a futon also. I have a futon but no frame? Anyone have one in the garage?

Ms C.,
I just told the hubby to keep a look out for one (on the UPS route). He's always finding good things that people toss. He just about kacked up his dinner. He saw one (metal frame) in beautiful condition 2 days ago. It was gone in a day. He's on the look. I'll let you know if he comes up with another. What size is the mattress?

haha - roommates can be a blast. My daughter was in a room built for 2, but they had to put 3 in because they had too many students. She thought they would all get along. One of the girls was an only kid. She ended up taking up half the storage area, and wanted more. Would turn on all the lights when the other two were sleeping (she didn't have any early classes), and was just plain inconsiderate.

Was a nice girl - unless you lived with her.

My daughter and the ‘normal’ girl got along great – and got along with the other girl, but couldn’t get her to understand what was wrong. They wondered if her only wearing Pink all the time and being blond had anything to do with it.

Ms, I saw one on the south end of Clinton late yesterday when we came through on the bikes. It has a FREE sign on it.

I hope it's still there!!

I tried balancing it on my head with bungee cords securing it to the bike, and it worked pretty well until I got up to 50 mph. Things went to shit after that.
